Who runs this service
Job Hunter is run as an individual or small-project software service, not as a large corporation.
What the service does
The service automates job discovery, AI scoring, duplicate detection, email reporting, and CV-to-job comparison workflows.
No guarantees
- No guarantee that jobs are available, accurate, current, or relevant.
- No guarantee of interviews, responses, or offers.
- No guarantee of uninterrupted uptime or perfect AI judgments.
Your responsibilities
- Provide lawful, accurate inputs and account details.
- Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
- Do not abuse provider APIs, scraping sources, or rate limits.
- Keep your account and credentials secure.
Third-party services
This product may rely on Paddle, OpenAI or Anthropic, Apify and job data providers, Resend/email providers, and public sites such as LinkedIn or ATS boards. Their own terms and policies apply.
Payment modes
- Hosted credits mode: paid usage via Paddle.
- Bring-your-own-key mode: free app usage, provider charges paid directly by you.
- Self-hosted mode: non-commercial use of the GitHub code, with your own infrastructure and security responsibilities.
Credits and fees
Credits are a prepaid usage balance. Hosted mode pricing includes usage costs and a separate 10% service fee, while Paddle/payment processing fees are also charged as applicable.
Acceptable use
- No resale of hosted access.
- No commercial replication of the self-hosted code.
- No bulk scraping abuse or automated misuse.
- No attempts to bypass limits, billing, or controls.
AI limitation
AI output may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for decisions made from job matches, summaries, and CV analysis.
Suspension or termination
Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, non-payment, confirmed fraud, or unresolved chargebacks.
Liability cap
Where allowed by law, total liability is limited to the amount you paid for hosted service in the most recent billing period.

Terms may be updated over time. Changes are published on this page with an updated effective date.
