Refund Policy
Effective date: May 15, 2026
Hosted credits
You may request a refund for remaining unused hosted credits.
Non-refundable parts
- Credits already consumed by AI, scraping, email, or provider operations.
- The 10% service fee.
- Paddle/payment processing fees where non-recoverable.
- Voluntary donations.
Refund formula
Refund amount = unused credit balance minus non-refundable fees, subject to Paddle/payment processing constraints and limits.
How usage is counted
Credits are deducted when provider costs are incurred. This includes runs where job quality is poor, postings are stale, or results are not useful to you.
No outcome-based refunds
- No refund because AI scores felt wrong.
- No refund because interviews or offers did not happen.
- No refund because jobs expired or third-party source data was incorrect.
Failed or duplicate charges
If a billing error is confirmed, the amount will be refunded or corrected with credit.
Chargebacks
Hosted access may be suspended while chargebacks are being reviewed and resolved.
Donations
Donations through Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee, or GitHub Sponsors are voluntary and generally non-refundable, except for confirmed accidental or duplicate transactions.
BYOK and self-hosted modes
Bring-your-own-key and self-hosted use do not include hosted service charges unless credits were purchased. Third-party provider charges are handled by those providers directly.
How to request a refund
Email mikhail@girshovich.me with your Paddle transaction ID, account email, and the reason for the request.
